FAQ

How do I use my coupon code?

 

  • To redeem a Coupon Code, please sign in to the account associated with the customer in whose name and email address the coupon code has been issued.

  • The coupon code is sent to the email address the customer had registered with.

  • The coupon code is only valid for the online store.

  • The coupon code is valid for one-time use only, so please shop for more than the discounted amount as a remainder amount will not be carried forward.

  • The coupon code is valid for six months. If the coupon code expires the amount will not be refunded and the coupon code will not be issued again, so please use it till it’s valid.

  • Coupon code policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

 

How do I select items to purchase?

 

  • You can add the products you would like to purchase to the cart while also picking the size you would require.

  • You can view the contents of your purchase in your ‘Cart’ and change or delete the number of items which you are ordering.

  • Please remember that andeshi.com does not guarantee that items you save in your shopping ‘Cart’ will remain in stock. Therefore, if one or more of the items sell out before you complete the payment, you will be able to see that it is out of stock in the ‘Cart’. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Orders can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched.

  • At www.andeshi.in we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request if it has been dispatched. 

How do I select my size?

 

  • To help you find your correct size, we have a "Size Guide" on every product page which uses a product-specific silhouette showing the essential measurements such as the chest, length and waist of the garment, thus helping you make the best decision to fit your body type.

  • Please check the “Size Guide” of each of your ordered products as the sizes may differ because each garment is draped and fitted differently. The overall fit depends on the cut, fabric and styling of each garment. Some are meant to be fitted and some more relaxed.

What are the features and care instructions for my garment?

 

  • Materials: Most garments are made of natural cotton fabric. However, for certain styles, we also use Chiffon, Silks, Modal, Kota Doria, Chanderi and Cotton Moss. 

  • Care Instructions: Care instructions can be found with each product on our website as well as on the cloth labels stitched inside the clothing.

  • It is advisable to follow these carefully to preserve your garments well.
